Returning an order
It is possible to return a new and unused product in it is original condition and packaging within 30 days of reception.
Please note that no refund will be granted on a used product or if the 30 days delay has been expired
Procedure to follow
- 1. Please fill out the online return form
- 2. You will receive an email from our customer service team with all the instructions
- 3. Upon receipt the returned parcel , in perfect condition and in its original packaging, allow 2-5 days for your account to be credited for the price of the item less initial habdling and shipping charges.
The initial delivery and handling charges are not refundable.
It is the responsibility of the customer to assume the shipping costs for returning marchandise using his own shipping company.
Homeboutique, can not be held responsible for the loss or dommages to the returned marchandise.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
