Homeboutique.ca will not reveal, nor commercialize your personal information other than within legal obligations required by law or in order to complete your transactions. We will transfer your shipping information to our transport partners so that you may receive your goods.

Shipping Policy


Free Shipping 

Our products are delivered to your location by professional shipping companies using the fastest and the best conditions available for your area 

We offer free shipping to several locations in Canada. The postal code used for the delivery will determine elligibility for the free shipping 


Delivery charges 


Canada Post Will be delivering  the parcels  in destination to remote areas and the Orders that do not qualify for free shipping  


In this case, the delivery charges will be paid by the customer  and the negociated rates with Canada Post will be clearly indicated at the checkout when  you make your purchase. 


Notes 


Customer is fully accountable for providing the correct shipping address . Should your parcel be returned because of a wrong shipping address, our customer service will communicate with you and delivery charges will be applied. 


Once your parcel is ready to be shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email. 


Although, we use use the best available shipping rates and  fast deliveries, delais may ocuur. Please note that Homeboutique will not take any responsabilty for any delays in delivery. Should an order in transit i be cancelled by the customer, the delivery and handling charges will apply. 



At Homeboutique, we redouble our efforts to ensure that your shopping experience is fully enjoyable. However, should an incident occur ( Breakage, effort)  please send us details and photos via email at support@kayali.ca so that our customer service team can rectify the issue as quickly as possible. 

Returning an order 

It is possible to return a new and unused product in it is original condition and packaging within 30 days of reception. 
Please note that no refund will be granted on a used product or if the 30 days delay has been expired  

Procedure to follow 

  • 1. Please fill out the online return form
  • 2. You will receive an email from our customer service team with all the instructions 
  • 3. Upon receipt the returned parcel , in perfect condition and in its original packaging, allow 2-5 days for your account to be credited for the price of the item less initial habdling and shipping charges. 

Notes 

The initial delivery and handling charges are not refundable.

It is the responsibility of the customer to assume the shipping costs for returning marchandise using his own shipping company. 

Homeboutique, can not be held responsible for the loss or dommages to the returned marchandise. 

Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
